Notes
How to make this recipe without a juicer: Blend all the ingredients with as little cold water as is necessary to get the mixture moving. Strain pulp through cheesecloth or a nutmilk bag (note: the beet may dye the fabric pink).
Serving suggestions: Serve over ice if you'd like the juice to be colder.
Storage tips: Homemade juice is best enjoyed up to 24 to 48 hours. Store extra juice in an airtight container in the fridge.
