This creamy Sriracha Aioli is so easy to make. Only 3 ingredients and 2 minutes. Serve this versatile sauce as a dip for fries, slather it onto burgers/sandwiches, or drizzle it on tacos, bowls, sushi, you name it! (Gluten Free, Vegan option)
Combine: Add mayonnaise, sriracha, and garlic powder to a small bowl. Whisk until smooth.
Serve: Taste and add more sriracha/seasoning if needed. Serve.

Vegan/eggless option: Substitute your favorite vegan mayonnaise.
Sriracha: Adjust the amount of sriracha to suit your tastes. The recipe as written makes a mild to medium spiced aioli. Since sriracha already contains salt, we don't find it necessary to add more salt separately. But, if you use less sriracha, you may need to add a pinch more salt at the end. Taste and adjust as needed.
Garlic powder: We found garlic powder added a milder, more crowd-pleasing garlic flavor. If you don't have any, you can substitute with ½ small clove of garlic, grated. Taste and adjust as needed.
Storage tips: Refrigerate extra sauce in a sealed container, for up to 1 week.
