Notes
Serving suggestions: Serve this guacamole with tortilla chips or pita chips for dipping. It's also delicious in tacos, bowls, sandwiches, burgers, and more.
Storage tips: Guacamole will turn brown on the surface as it is exposed to oxygen. While it is still edible, it doesn't look that appetizing. To slow down the browning (oxidization) process, you can cover the guacamole with a thin layer of water before sealing it in an airtight container to refrigerate. (Make sure to pour off the water before serving). Otherwise, press a piece of plastic wrap directly on the surface of the guacamole, then cover and refrigerate.
