This creamy Greek Yogurt Buffalo Sauce makes a healthy and delicious dip! Only 3 minutes to make and super versatile. Serve it with celery sticks, nuggets, tots, or fries. It can also be drizzled over pizza, salads, or bowls. (Gluten Free).
Mix: Add Greek yogurt, chives, Frank's Red Hot, garlic powder, and lemon zest to a bowl. Whisk until smooth. Add salt to taste (and more Frank's if desired).
Notes
Chives: You can use green onions (scallions) instead of fresh chives. If substituting green onions, make sure to finely mince them since chives are much smaller.
Hot Sauce: We recommend Frank's Red Hot because it provides a traditional buffalo sauce flavor. But, you could use another similar hot sauce substitute instead.
Serving Suggestions: This versatile sauce can be served with fresh veggies, nuggets, potato chips, tots, fries, pizza, salads, and so much more! To use this sauce as a salad dressing, you may wish to thin it with lemon juice or buttermilk.
