This easy Mango Berry Smoothie has just 3 ingredients! Delicious, nutritious, and kid-friendly. Made without banana and without yogurt. Can easily be made dairy-free. Enjoy for breakfast or as a refreshing snack. (Gluten Free, Vegan option).
Blend: To a blender, add 1½ cups frozen mango chunks, 1 cup frozen mixed berries, and 1½ cup milk. Blend until smooth. (If needed, you can thin with more milk). Pour into glasses and enjoy.
Notes
Mixed Berries: We used a frozen 4-berry blend for testing (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries), but any similar variation would work. You can substitute mixed berries for one type of berries if needed—we'd recommend strawberries or blueberries (so the smoothie isn't too tart).
Milk: You can use cow's milk or a plant-based milk (such as almond, soy, cashew, or oat milk). If you want a sweeter smoothie, you can use a vanilla-flavored plant-based milk that's slightly sweetened.
Garnish ideas (optional): Chopped mango or berries on top of the smoothie.
